Sermon Notes

Scripture implores us to not be anxious about anything. Anxiety is defined as a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. When we feel a surge of anxiety, it is in direct relation and proportion to our thoughts and our trust. Psalm 139 says that God knows our anxious thoughts. We were wonderfully created by Him and He knows us better than we know ourselves. We will address our thought life, our trust in God, as well as the trap we often fall into of worry, stress, and anxiety. There IS a way out!
