“Depression is like a war:  You either win or die trying.”  This quote summarizes the terrible reality for many who struggle with depression.  Christians are not immune from depression either although the church has largely ignored depression and discounted it as spiritual weakness.  In part 1 of this Healing and Dealing series we will define depression and identify symptoms and causes.  We will also examine what the Bible tells us about depression.
